Taking those first ever steps out of the door in my trainers ranks high in my list of 'most difficult things to do' table. And after my first run of 1.45miles in 12mins 44secs and stopping 6 times, I could have easily given in.
A little bit of internet surfing however and I stumbled accross AudioFuel. Motivational voice coaching, beats from a famous heritage (The Matrix), I was sold so purchased Adrenaline Junkie.
From the outset it's gave me the boost I needed to get out there and run. Run fast and get PB's.
I do like to listen to other music from my collection, but the AudioFuel beats are by far the greatest.
