Well, I've done it!!! I actually ran the whole thing which is the farthest distance and longest time that I've ever run!!!!
I really didn't think that I'd be able to run for an hour non stop, but, when the music finished I was just over 8k and so, instead of stopping, I played Virtual Voltage again and got to 10k for the first time ever!!!!
I'm absolutely amazed because I've been able to run for about 40 mins for ages but just haven't been able to get off that plateau.
V, Pleased with myself. When I started running in March this year I could literally only run for 30 seconds at a time before being completely out of breath, so this is for me a really big thing!
