Excellent 5k run :)

Just over a month ago I decided to run 5K for charity, Marie Curie to be exact. Whilst not unfit, I had not been running for years. I was lucky enough to come across Audiofuel.
Not only did they get me past the intervals of early running, this album kept me running and enjoying it! Nothing like a good challenge :) This is my standard 5K running music at the moment, great fun!

I'm really pleased with this series of running motivator tracks - they were recommend by a friend and actually makes me want to go running (rather than feeling it's a chore!)
