Audio Fuel as a running concept intrigued me, as I normally listen to whole range of music, but not with any particular beat, so my stride pattern wouldn't change much.

It was amazing how a beat changed my thought process and my running times improved without really knowing about it.

I have been running since a kid when I was competing as a top level amateur and then as a professional boxer.

Once I retired from professional boxing I turned to other mentally challenging challenges, which was ultra events.
