I am convinced that running makes me a happier person. It is free (no gym memberships), fantastic for the whole body and keeps me as fit as ever.

Running to the beat is such a good way to keep to a rythm and I was so suprised at how much I benefitted from simply breathing correctly and keeping in time with the music.

I would (and regularly do) recommend AudioFuel to anyone I meet who expresses an interest in running. For beginners it is such a good introduction to running and for more experienced runners it is an effective way of developing and refining their technique.
