3 Step Intervals with Martin Yelling

AudioFuel has teamed up with Martin Yelling, founder of Marathon Talk to bring you his 3 Step Intervals. It goes like this, after a warm up, you get the following run.

3 mins at 160 BPM, then a recovery, 3 mins at 170 BPM, then a recovery, 3 min sprint at 180 BPM, then a recovery. This pattern repeats twice, before a cool down.
