This is a 22 minute mid intensity Interval Training session, it delivers bursts of near maximum exertion running interspersed 60 second recoveries.

Intervals improve your cardiovascular fitness, and your aerobic capacity. Interval Training is a great way to burn fat, so you'll look great too.
