Powerblast
Powerblast has been designed for indoor use with a race bike and a turbo trainer. Please do not use on the roads. After a 10 minute progressive warm up it provides 8 x 60 second sprints with 8 x 4 min recoveries. Winding down with a progressively lighter work rate cool down. Powerblast helps you develop the short bursts of power needed for over taking and short hills.
As with all our products, the beat keeps your pedal cadence at precisely the right pace to help you train consistently. Powerblast can also be used on gym spinning bikes, adjusting the resistance in place of the gear to adjust the sessions intensity.
