To help you push your cycling training, the Ride Harder series is coached by four time World Ironman Champion Chrissie Wellington who guides you through a 97 minute home/turbo training workout.
By synchronising your stroke rate to the beat of the AudioFuel music the cadence goes from 60 RPM in the shorter efforts to 92 RPM in the longest effort. There are also two shorter workouts at 60 minutes and 40 minutes.
