Getting to a 2 hour Long Run in 10 Weeks
If you don't have a long run training plan, we'd suggest increasing your long run by 10 mins in each of the first 4 weeks. At week 5 drop back down to a 70 min long run, then add annother 10 mins each week. By week 10 you'll be doing a 2 hour long run.

I have just been out for a run and listened to the 2 hour mid intensity run. I only planned on running for 75 mins but ended up doing the full 2 hours. I managed to run 11.5 miles which is the furthest I have ever run in my life.

The music just kept my moving along and as I was keeping to the beat it stopped my speeding up and losing my pace.
