Mid-Intensity Long Runs Run Free is the most popular in our long run series. It drives your pace at around 160 BPM and has been specifically designed to support a crucial part of half marathon and marathon training; to build stamina and mental strength during longer runs. Use Run Easy if your target time is around 5 hours, Run Wild if your target time is around 3 hours and Run Free if you are aiming at around 4 hours.
The 21 tracks have special voiceover coaching tailored to long run training. They come as full length mp3 downloads and as compilations with individual tracks.
Today I purchased the "Run Free 1 - The First Hour" online - I'm in Australia. Sundays' (today) are my easy runs, but I often find that I over race and end up close to my tempo run pace. The tracks helped me slow down - 1, 2, 3, 4 - so simple, yet so effective. I knocked off about 20 seconds per km - which is good!

Zoe AssiratiI have just been out for a run and listened to the 2 hour mid intensity run. I only planned on running for 75 mins but ended up doing the full 2 hours. I managed to run 11.5 miles which is the furthest I have ever run in my life.
The music just kept my moving along and as I was keeping to the beat it stopped my speeding up and losing my pace.
I am so proud of myself and think that what you guys are doing is fan bloody tastic!!!!!
