Sarah RolfeTried the pyramid intervals and am gobsmacked that not only enjoyed it but finished it! Found shortening stride to match beat hard going and felt had very stunted strides but improved when coming back down the pyramid so guess will improve as do more of the interval training and get stronger. Will be great for those hill too ;-) (Gonna feel it later I can tell)

Matt ButcherLoved it, well done audiofuel, a great program. Makes interval training so much easier on the treadmill, as I don't need to watch the time anymore. I would love to see more interval training programs.
