AudioFuel improves performance
10/08/10 14:23
We were delighted to have been selected as one of the research partners for the EROS project funded by the ESRC (Economic and Social Research Council).
Over 1100 people responded to the Runners World invitation to participate in this reseach into runners performance and runners emotions led by Professor Andy Lane from Wolverhampton University.
In this short video (2 mins) Andy describes the research objectives, method, and findings.
And no suprise to us... independent and academically rigorous proof that AudioFuel improves performance.
You can see a longer version of this film, with more detail on the interventions here.

AudioFuel Performs Well in Government Research
08/01/10 12:13
Early findings from an independent academic study conducted, as part of a government funded research project called EROS (http://www.erosresearch.org/), shows that AudioFuel was an extremely effective intervention amongst all those that were tested.

EROS is a research project that is studying aspects of emotion regulation of others and self (EROS). The project is a collaboration between researchers from a number of psychological disciplines based at five UK universities. It is funded by a grant from the UK’s Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) that is worth £2.1m over 4 years (Nov 2008 to Oct 2012).
This particular research was undertaken by Prof Andy Lane and his team at Wolverhampton University.
